Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys Welcomes 2 New Attorneys to the Team

We are thrilled to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the legal team at Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys. These talented individuals bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that will undoubtedly enhance the services we offer to our clients.

First, we would like to introduce our newest civil litigator, Lateshia Frye. Lateshia is a highly accomplished civil litigator who has focused her practice on helping the injured and homeowners in property disputes and personal injury cases. She spent the last six years of her career defending insurance companies, along with general civil litigation, helping consumers since leaving the public practice as Senior Attorney of the State of Florida Department of Children and Families in 2016. Lateshia has represented clients in a wide range of litigation and casualty contexts, including third-party insurance litigation, slip and fall, premise liability, bad faith and extra-contractual litigation, automobile liability, and wrongful death litigation.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Lateshia attended the University of Miami as a scholar-athlete, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology. She then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, to obtain her Juris Doctorate in 2012. In 2021, she was honored as “The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch.” Throughout her 9+ years of practice, she has also fought for consumers in various other fields, including breach of contract, fraud, landlord and HOA disputes, criminal defense, immigration, and bankruptcy.

Next, we would like to introduce our newest litigation attorney, David Magram. David is an accomplished litigation attorney and has spent the last 21 years as a sole practitioner handling personal injury cases on behalf of injured parties throughout South Florida. His primary practice involves representing persons injured as a result of accidents, including auto accidents, slip/trip and falls, and accidents on the job.

David was born and raised in Miami and earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University, where he was given the American Jurisprudence Award and Book Award for the best student in the study of Advanced Research and Writing. Before law school, David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.

We are confident that Lateshia and David will provide our clients with the high-quality legal representation they deserve. We look forward to working with them and watching their careers flourish here at Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys.
