Layla R. Samman, Esq.

Layla R. Samman is a civil litigation attorney, with her primary practice in the area of first-party property insurance, representing policyholders in property insurance disputes. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, Layla worked as a law clerk at Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys while in law school.

Layla graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in May of 2023. During her time in law school, Layla was an active member of the Nova Trial Association, advocating in national trial competitions while representing Nova Southeastern University’s Law School. Layla’s experience with national trial competitions gave her a passion for litigation and strengthened her intention of helping her clients get the best outcome, even if that means taking a case all the way to a verdict.

Layla earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Florida in May of 2020. Layla was born and raised in Michigan where she grew up as a gymnast and tennis player. Layla continued her gymnastics career at the University of Florida as a member of the club gymnastics team.
