Paula Smith

Paula Smith was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Paula possesses a medical assistant certification and practiced for 16 years in the medical industry. Additionally, Paula has 15 years of management experience and over 25 years of customer service experience. In 2014, Paula moved to Florida and was a Case Manager for a first party property insurance law firm for 4 years prior to working at Schilling & Silvers. Paula is also a licensed public adjuster for the State of Florida.

In her free time, Paula enjoys spending time with her Chiwawa, Buddy, and is an avid bowler.
