Francisco is a first generation attorney whose primary area of focus is First Party Property, representing the insureds in disputes against the insurance companies. Francisco graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2022 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2022. Prior to working at Schilling & Silvers, Francisco defended property insurance carriers in litigation and coverage determination issues.

Francisco was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University with a minor in business communications. During his time in law school, Francisco was a law clerk for a boutique firm in Coral Gables – with a focus on first party property insurance defense – and was a student intern at the University of Miami School of Law’s Immigration Clinic – mainly focusing on political asylum cases.
